1. Welcome & Introduction

Welcome to Worldwide Tour International, operated by Worldwide Services & Investments SPC (we, us, our). These Terms & Conditions create a legal agreement between you (the Customer, you, your) and us regarding your use of our website and the tourism services you book with us.

By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are making a booking on behalf of other travelers, you confirm that you have the full authority to accept these terms on their behalf and are responsible for ensuring they comply.

2. Our Role as Your Service Provider

2.1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon your receipt of a written Booking Confirmation from us. This document forms the contract for your chosen services.

2.2. Quotes and Itineraries

All preliminary quotes, proposals, and itineraries are subject to availability and are not a binding offer until formal confirmation is issued.

2.3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal details for all travelers, including full names as they appear on passports, passport numbers, dates of birth, and any specific medical or dietary requirements. Please inform us promptly of any changes.

3. Payments, Fees, and Pricing

3.1. Payment Schedule

All payments must be made by the due dates specified in your invoice. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund if payments are not received on time.

3.2. Price Composition

Our prices include the services as detailed in your itinerary. You are responsible for all third-party fees, including but not limited to visa application fees, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, and baggage fees, which will be clearly communicated to you.

3.3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as specially priced tickets or discounted hotel rates, may be designated as non-refundable. We will always highlight these conditions at the time of booking.

4. Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change and will assist you with amendments or cancellations subject to the following:

4.1. Supplier Policies

The cancellation and amendment terms of our suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) apply to your booking. These policies vary and can include significant charges.

4.2. Change Requests

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your change requests. All changes are subject to availability and will incur applicable amendment fees from both us and our suppliers.

4.3. Refunds

If a service is eligible for a refund under the suppliers policy, we will process it accordingly once the funds are received from the supplier. Please note that supplier refund processing times can vary significantly.

5. Travel Documents, Visas & Insurance

5.1. Your Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all travelers possess a valid passport for the duration of the trip, have obtained the necessary visas, permits, and comply with all health, immigration, and entry requirements of the destinations.

5.2. Visa Assistance

Where we provide visa assistance, it is strictly a facilitation service. The final decision on any visa application rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate. We cannot be held liable for visa rejections, delays, or losses resulting from inaccurate information you provide.

5.3. Travel Insurance

We strongly and unequivocally recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, loss of personal belongings, and personal liability. This is a critical safeguard for your investment and well-being.

6. Understanding Our Liability

6.1. Our Role

Worldwide Services & Investments SPC acts as your travel service provider, coordinating and packaging services from independent third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.).

6.2. Supplier Liability

We exercise reasonable care in selecting our suppliers. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these independent suppliers, their employees, or agents.

6.3. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, acts of government, or industrial action.

6.4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability to you for any proven claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

7. Your Responsibilities

7.1. Conduct

You agree to act respectfully and responsibly throughout your travels, adhering to all local laws, customs, and following the instructions of our representatives, tour guides, and local authorities.

7.2. Consequences of Misconduct

We reserve the right to terminate your travel arrangements without notice or refund if your behavior is deemed to be disruptive, dangerous, illegal, or causes distress to others. In such circumstances, you will be responsible for all costs incurred.

8. Intellectual Property & Website Use

8.1. Ownership

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and itineraries on our website are the exclusive intellectual property of Worldwide Services & Investments SPC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8.2. Permitted Use
